We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Branch Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all restaurant-related duties and ensuring the smooth operation of our seven-day business.
Proven working experience as a Restaurant Branch Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry
Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of restaurant management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
Train, and manage staff
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Manage the restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
