Recover Guyana, a leading non-profit organization dedicated to sustainable development and community empowerment, is seeking a dynamic and professional Front Office & Stakeholder Relations Officer to support its growing operations and national initiatives.

The Front Office & Stakeholder Relations Officer will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, beneficiaries, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience at all times. The role also supports administrative coordination, stakeholder engagement, hospitality, and internal operations to ensure the seamless delivery of programmes

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field

  • 2–3 years’ experience in front office, administrative, or stakeholder service roles

  • Experience in an NGO or project-based environment will be an asset

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management

  • Professional, customer-focused demeanor

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information

Responsibilities

  • Manage front office operations, including handling calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders and beneficiaries, ensuring a positive and responsive engagement experience

  • Coordinate stakeholder communication, scheduling meetings, and supporting partner engagement activities

  • Support administrative functions, including documentation, filing, and office coordination

  • Assist with project inventory tracking (Zoho) and maintain accurate records where required

  • Coordinate hospitality and logistics for meetings, trainings, and national events

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment at all times

  • Support internal communication and scheduling across departments

  • Assist in event coordination and execution, including registration, guest management, and on-site support

  • Uphold the organization’s professional standards and brand representation in all interactions
