Job Requirements/Specifications
Education:
· At least five (5) subjects CXC, inclusive of Grades 1 to 3 in Mathematics, English and Accounts.
· Diploma/Degree would be an asset.
Experience: Two (2) to Three (3) years in sales and at least one (1) year managing a sales team.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Scheduling staff and overall function of department
1.Assist in preparation of purchasing and sales budget quarterly.
2.Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for electronic projects, monitoring expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
3.Coordinate with suppliers on sourcing, review and verification of orders.
4.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with electronic projects, proactively addressing challenges to minimize disruptions.
5.Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for electronic systems, including schematics, specifications, and test reports.
6.Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and safety of electronic products.
7.Initiate claims and follow up with Suppliers and defective products.
8.Authorize returns, exchanges and discounts.
9.Ensure all store operational SOPS and system Policies are followed.
10.Responsible for Tech repairs department with regards to managing workload, schedules and performance.
11.Monitor overall store conditions to meet customer service objectives and budgetary and strategic goals.
12.Assist in developing and oversee store design and merchandising plan.
13.Help direct and maintain inventory, product mix, and merchandising standards sufficient to meet organizational goals.
14.Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions and advertised.
15.Analyze customer shopping trends to derive strategies constantly increase sales and customer traffic.
16.Monitor Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level.
17.Review inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management and budget departments.
18.Submit sales and inventory reports as required to management.
19.Evaluate and identify customer service needs and develop necessary training to ensure GIFTRONICS provides outstanding customer service to its customers.
20.Monitor key indicators to ensure overall Customer Satisfaction.
21.Provide customer service by assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaint.
22.Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
