The Internal Verifier is responsible for maintaining the high standards of our training programs, ensuring compliance with both internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements. The role involves continuous assessment and verification of the training content and delivery methods used within Green State Oil and Gas Services Inc. This position requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the oil and gas industry's training standards.

Good communication skills in the English language;
Mastery of office computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Professional knowledge and experience
Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Management Studies, or any other Social Science;
Proven track record of assessing qualification equivalences that consistently meet national & international standards including the requirements of the National Accreditation Council-Guyana and other awarding bodies.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training or educational role.
Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance processes and compliance requirements in training programs.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Quality Assurance: Regularly review and verify the quality of training materials and delivery, ensuring they meet the established standards and objectives.
Compliance: Ensure all training programs comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements relevant to the quality of Accreditation Institutions and Awarding Bodies.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within training modules and recommend enhancements to content, delivery, and assessment methods.
Feedback Management: Collect and analyze feedback from training participants and instructors to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
Audit Preparation: Prepare and maintain documentation for internal audits and external regulatory reviews.
Instructor Support: Provide guidance and support to trainers and assessors on best practices for delivering and assessing training.
Reporting: Compile regular reports on the status, quality, and compliance of training programs for senior management review.
Policy and Procedure Development: Assist in the development and updating of training policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational needs and industry trends.
