Proven experience as an Excel and QuickBooks Specialist or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and functions
Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks and its various modules
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the logistics and supply chain industry is a plus
Develop and maintain comprehensive Excel spreadsheets to track and analyze financial data
Create and manage reports in Excel to facilitate financial decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
Should be able to interpret ideas and questions related to QuickBooks and Excel
