Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival.
Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel.
Perform laundry duties as necessary, including washing and ironing for guests and other linen.
Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms.
Ensure a high level of customer service is always delivered.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with housekeeping procedures and equipment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Good physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and prolonged standing.
Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Basic communication skills in English (additional languages may be a plus).
Understanding of safety and security standards.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
