Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of a Customer Service Representative at Muneshwers Limited .
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or customer service is a plus.
Previous experience in a similar customer service role within the shipping industry is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with shipping software or platforms.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Identify and solve customers’ issues in an effective and efficient manner. Actively listen to understand relevant customer information to find the best way to solve their problem quickly and thoroughly.
Notify customers of the arrival of their goods/containers.
Answer telephone calls in a pleasant efficient manner and communicate effectively.
Any other assigned duties.
