Recover Guyana, a leading non-profit organization committed to sustainable development and community empowerment, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Impact Reporting Officer to join its STEM Department.
The Impact Reporting Officer will be responsible for capturing, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of national programmes. This role will support data-driven decision-making and ensure that project outcomes are effectively communicated to stakeholders, partners, and donors.
Diploma or currently pursuing a Degree in Data Analysis, STEM, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field
Entry-level or up to 1 year experience in reporting, administration, or data-related roles (preferred but not required)
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Collect, verify, and consolidate programme data across STEM initiatives
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project outcomes
Develop impact reports, dashboards, and summaries for internal and external use
Quantify project impact, including beneficiaries, cost savings, and environmental outcomes
Collaborate with departments to ensure timely and accurate data submission
Translate data into clear, compelling insights and visual reports
Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with reporting standards
