Description

The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing strategic and excellent support.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Office Administration
  • Three (3) years experience in an Administrator capacity.
  • Certified and Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the Laws of Guyana and HR practices will be an asset.

Responsibilities

  • · Report Writing.
  • · Coordinating Department activities to secure  efficiency and compliance to Company  Policies.
  • · Provide senior level Administrative support.
  • · Must be self-directed and able to complete task with limited supervision.
