Description

 

We are looking for a On-site Customer Experience analyst to be based in Georgetown Guyana.

The position is a hands-on analyst who will provide day-to-day support and consulting to local business units of all installed computing and telecom equipment & systems

 

 

Requirements

 

Work Experience:

 1 to 5 years experience in IT support

 Hands on experience on IT service offerings

 Computing & Telecom Infrastructure experience and understanding

 Experience Desktop, LAN/WAN Troubleshooting

 Previous oil and gas industry IT experience is a plus

 Strong computer and problem solving skills

 Good oral and written communication skills

 Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

 Has initiative and motivation and the ability to coordinate a small team

 Customer Service Oriented

Responsibilities

Assist with implementation and support of new IT Infrastructure including Data Center & Telecommunication Rooms

Assist with all technical support for PCs, Servers, UNIX hardware, Storage equipment, LAN, WAN, Voice, Video, Satellite, Microwave, Radios, and mobile telephony, ensuring they are installed and maintained according to company standards

Interface and coordinate with centralized Group IT support group as needed for troubleshooting issues

Assist with telecommunications network and equipment planning, selection; implementation, operation, and maintenance

Provide training and coaching to new support staff on company processes & procedures and Security & Controls standards

Work closely with clients to determine, prioritize, and address client support needs

Assist with Project planning and implementation

Develop and maintain site/operation documentation

Assist with disaster-recovery and business continuity tests in line with Company Standards

Keep and maintain an accurate inventory of the computing assets owned by the company 

Assist with ensuring all computing key performance indicators maintained
