The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing strategic and excellent support.
- Diploma in Office Administration/Secretarial Studies or a relevant field.
- Three (3) years experience in an supervisory/Administrator capacity.
- Certified and Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the Laws of Guyana and HR practices will be an asset.
- Monitor the Department Operations.
- Coordinating Department activities to se-cure efficiency and compliance to Compa-ny Policies.
- Prepare Departmental Correspondence.
- Assists in planning and arranging Events.
