Customer Service Representative (Part time/Two fold)

3) General CSR
Answering inbound calls, assisting customers with telephone inquiries and directing the calls to the correct team member as necessary.
Identifying and assessing customers’ issues and providing suitable solutions.
Building sustainable relationships with customers through positive interaction.
Replying to customers' inquiries through Facebook, Emails, etc. and providing quotations for customers.
Directing customers to the correct departments/individuals needed to resolve their issues.
Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives; following up to ensure resolution.
Providing information about the company and its services to potential and current customers.
Customer Smile Coordinator - Greeting customers with a smile when they enter the store. Going the extra mile to ensure customers leave the store smiling.
At least five (5) CXC subjects, with a minimum of grade 3 in Math and English.
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative would be an asset.
Work schedule would be 20 to 30 hours per week. Work hours will be any time during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. from Monday to Saturday.
- Writing & Reporting Skills
- Data entry skills: must be proficient in excel and other data entry software
- Time Management
- Must be detail oriented
- Knowledge of online shopping and/ internet use would be an asset
