 Makes sure that everything from raw materials to finished products meets quality and safety standards specified in the HACCP System. All production processes, whether large or small, require elements of quality control and all inspection and testing is carried out to specified requirements .manual labor along a production line.  Gives support to production team in the production of all Products manufactured.


Experience in quality control and testing of foods.


Primary Responsibilities

  1. Assist with the production of Jams and Jellies and give support to main production personnel.
  2.  Regularly check, weigh and test samples of fresh Fruits and seasoning inbound 
  3. Wipe and Label Jams and Jellies and all other products.
  4.  Inspect products purchased by their company from suppliers and maintain records of supplier performance
  5. keep records of all the tests that have carried out
  6. Insure that all fresh products received and store and processed in the correct manner in their correct container.
  7. Ensure that all fresh or preprocessed products are properly stored and labeled in freezer.
  8. Ensure that all documentation and findings is properly documented and signed.
  9. Clean, sterilizing and maintain processing area and utensils and replacement in correct designated area.
  10. Temperature reading and documenting results for freezer and boiling.
  11. Calibration of all laboratory equipment and scales on a daily basis and repot defectiveness if any.
  12. Helps with opening and locking up stores when store keeper is unavailable.
  13. Responsible for locking all external doors after work.
  14. Communicate with other workers when handing over operations.
  15. Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) AND Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
  16. Helps in filling and sealing of Peanut Butter.
  17. Sanitizing and replacing equipment and utensils used for testing
  18.  Lift 30-50 lbs weights.
  19. Check the quality of prepared products and documenting the exact results at definite times of production process.
  20. Member of the HACCP Team
  21. Other Duties as assigned.
