The Procurement Administrator will provide support to the procurement team by carrying out general administrative duties and placing orders for equipment and materials. This role involves organizing and storing documents, making purchase orders.

Requirements

 

  • Diploma in Public Management or equivalent 
  • Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field
  • Time management
  • Teamwork 
  • Customer service 
  • Computer knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Inventory Stock
  • Negotiate with Suppliers
  • Prepare Purchase Orders
  • Resolve Order Problems
  • Update and File Records
