Description

Responsible for training new and current employees, ensuring they can deliver a high quality customer journey which meets all service and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Customer Service Experience will be an asset
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and training programmes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Proven Leadership Skills
  • 2 years’ experience in a related management/ supervision field

Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer service surveys
  • Ensure systems, procedures and resources are in place to deliver customer service training
  • Monitor customer service KPIs and work with employees to ensure improvements
  • Conduct monthly Customer Management Meeting
  • Prepare reports and make presentations as required
