Customer Service Trainer
Job LocationTrack 'A' Junction, Vreed- en- Hoop
Responsible for training new and current employees, ensuring they can deliver a high quality customer journey which meets all service and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Customer Service Experience will be an asset
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
- Ability to facilitate workshops and training programmes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Proven Leadership Skills
- 2 years’ experience in a related management/ supervision field
- Conduct customer service surveys
- Ensure systems, procedures and resources are in place to deliver customer service training
- Monitor customer service KPIs and work with employees to ensure improvements
- Conduct monthly Customer Management Meeting
- Prepare reports and make presentations as required
