  • On-site customer support analyst
  • Work closely with clients to determine, prioritize, and address technical needs
  • Assist with Project planning, implementation and business continuity procedures

Requirements

 

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in Inventory control of IT equipment and supplies. Implementation, support, and maintenance of new IT Infrastructure
  • Knowledge of information and technology systems, applications, equipment, processes and best practices
  • Good understanding and appreciation for safety, security and controls

Responsibilities

  • Inventory management responsibilities for IT equipment including processing, tracking, ordering, shipping and receiving in accordance with company procedures
  • Full IT supply chain management
  • Assist with telecommunications network and equipment planning, selection; implementation, operation, and maintenance
