Effectively managing the daily operations of the hotel, overseeing all departments to ensure a smooth flow.
Handel all Financial transactions and documentation.
Ensuring guest have a good first and last impression of the hotel.
Recruiting, training and motivating staff and monitoring their job performance.
Degree in Business Management or Associate Degree in Tourism & Hospitality with Relevant Work Experience in a hotel.
Accounting Background would be an asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
Knowledge of Quickbooks or Peachtree Software.
Payroll, NIS and VAT Returns
