Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
Knowledge of building supplies, construction, and building industries
Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach
Experience in B2B Sales
Experience using CRM software
Excellence communication, negotiation and closing skills
Ability to deliver engaging presentations
Excellent in online communication
Experience and knowledge of Prospecting
Excellent listening skills
Excellent time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational skills
Research potential customers online
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails
