The Counter Attendant provides excellent customer service through the courteous, accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions in a fun and friendly working environment.
(1) At least three (3) CXC subjects including Mathematics and English or certificates in any other related field.
(2) At least one (1) year's experience in similar field at a restaurant or other sales industry.
(3) Strong verbal & written communication skills.
(4) A pleasant SMILE.
Serve customers with accuracy, efficiency, courtesy and respect.
Advise customers about products, prices, and availability.
Perform marketing and other promotional services.
Assist customers with problems or concerns.
