Your main task is to greet customers as they enter the building, answer the phone in a professional & courteous manner and assist the organisation when it comes to basic clerical tasks. You will effectively be the ‘face’ of the company as you basically provide customers with a first impression of your organisation. Additionally, all reservations, inquiries and room viewings will be done by the receptionist.
Applicant Must Have:
- A sound secondary education
- Previous work experience in similar field
- Excellent command of written and spoken english language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work three rotating shift (7:00am - 3:00pm, 3:00pm - 11:00pm & 11:00pm - 7:00am)
Key Responsibilities include:
- Taking calls
- Responding to emails and telephone queries
- Assisting guests with travel arrangements etc
- Making reservations
