Duty Officer for a Security Company- The duty officer is charged with the responsibility to act as the commanding officer's representative when assigned.
- Minimum education requirement: the equivalent of a Certificate and or Diploma;
- Minimum 5 years of police, security or military experience;
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and proficient in word processing, Microsoft Outlook, and spreadsheet;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supervisory/managerial positions.
(a) Reports to the Security Coordinator; or another responsible officer of Administrative Services;
(b) Attend extraordinary performance meetings
(d) To assist the management team in the day-to-day management and operation of all areas of the facility, including the supervision of staff.
(e) To hold keys and be responsible for the control of staff, security of the facility and other specific facility duties relevant to the site
(f) To deliver excellent customer service.
(g) In the absence of the management team, to be responsible for the supervision of the facility and all the services within it.
(h) To participate in any training initiatives, as a trainer or trainer assistant
(i) To work at other sites as required to which advance notice and training will be provided.
