Audits company locations and compares actual numbers with system to ensure accuracy.
Pays jackpots and updates system.
Assists in implementing process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.
Maintains and supports effective staff and customer relationships.
Three (3) years’ experience in a similar position.
Effective time-management and organization skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to self-manage, work independently. Team work oriented.
Associate Degree in Accounting.
Certification in Computer applications (Microsoft Office).
Advanced Excel skills would be advantageous.
Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in QuickBooks.
Proficiency in 10-key by touch calculator or keyboard.
With Accountant, responsible for verification and restriction of cash.
Verifies location cashier variances with supervisor.
Trains cashiers in paperwork procedures.
