Enhance Company Branding.
- Identifies, develops, and evaluates branding activities, based on knowledge of company objectives, and market characteristics, cost factors.
- Social Media Marketing and Branding
>=100% of Required number of Applicants to close hiring in relation to Hit Rate
- Plan and Implement Sourcing Activities
>=5% Conversion Rate
- Recommends initiatives to increase productivity of low yielding sourcing strategy.
- Increase social networking capability
- Create innovative ideas to attract a large pool of potential candidates in our target market.
Needs 2 – 4 years work experience in a related field
Knowledge in BPO Advertising and Marketing and Understanding our company's locations' markets with marketing research/statistics.
Travel may be required.
○ Facilitates Educational Tours whenever needed.
○ Coordinates with Universities for Placement and/or other school activities.
○ Identifies, develops, and evaluates branding activities, based on knowledge of company objectives, and market characteristics, cost factors.
○ Conceptualizes Sourcing Collaterals.
○ Social Media Marketing and Branding
Plan and Implement Sourcing Activities.
○ Coordinate with external contacts for print and/or media advertisement.
○ Coordinate with Headhunters.
○ Implement and advertise Employee Referral Program ○ Manage all Social Media sites owned by Qualfon Guyana and provide recruitment results and statistics to the recruitment department on a daily basis.
