ICT Support Technician
Job LocationGeorgetown, Guyana
CTV and ERP Support, Troubleshooting, Basic PC Maintenance, Accountable for all ICT related equipment, Update users and ticketing system, Provide recommendations and improvements of support services, and Provide professional service to users and clients
Education: Comptia A+, Comptia Network + or Diploma in Computer Science or MCP/MCTS.
Experience: Minimum one (1) year similar experience at an established Organization
Experience with ticketing systems, Network Troubleshooting, troubleshooting with large printers dealing with different computer related issues and CCTV and ERP Support.
Manage Larger Printers
Cashier support and Access control
Telephone infrastructure for Giftland mall tenants and Giftland Mall Floor Plans Editing
Assist in project implementation of new technologies, practices by enhancing existing solutions
Is discussed during the interview.
