The HR Assistant will be mainly responsible for all compliance with our Contractors for Background checks, TB tests, and drug and alcohol testing. Also making sure all crew complies with the required testing and documentation before they join the rig.
Diploma in Administration or HR-related field
Knowledge and experience within the Health and Safety field will be an asset.

The Regular planning and follow-up on required testing and background checks for all new employees
Coordinate with the doctors on the rig for existing employees who need to be tested quarterly
Receiving the results and making sure all data are accurate
Coordinate with RMI for non-negative results and follow the process and policies
Update the system/portal with all employee's data and update changes as they happen
The same for background checks and TB testing.
Will provide additional support to the department.
