POSITION SUMMARY
As the "Special Project Clerk", provide support to the Human Resource & Verification teams, to ensure projects and assignments are completed timely.
Work Location:
(1) Operations Office 9 Camp Street, Werk-En-Rust, Georgetown, and
(1) Lot 23 Vergenoegen East Bank EssequiboGuyana.
Diploma in Social Science discipline. Or at least 5 CXC subjects, including English and Mathematics
Two 2 plus years of customer service and telephone etiquette preferred
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer experience including Microsoft Office Suite and design programs
Experience working with sensitive data
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Maintain a performance level that meets or exceeds the quality goals of the department.
Assist the team with client support via phone, email, site visit, etc.
Research, collect, and verify information needed to complete projects
Provide support in handling personal documents and information with confidentially and responsibly
Assist in the maintenance of effective record-keeping/notes documenting research steps and actions taken to complete each verification request
Communicate effectively and efficiently to all parties involved in obtaining verification information
Assist in preparing accurate and grammatically correct reports, summarizing the data collected from research and verification interventions
Assist in providing professional service to internal and external customers including issue resolution
Maintain a performance level that meets or exceeds our quality requirements and clients’ project outputs.
Protect company and customer information in accordance with company policies and procedures.
