Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Branch Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all restaurant-related duties and ensuring the smooth operation of our seven-day business.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a Restaurant Branch Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends

  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant

  • Train, and manage staff

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Manage the restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it

  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste

  • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
