We are currently looking for a Hardware Technician who is highly skilled and has a solid background in ICT.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, related field.
Proven experience as a hardware technician or a similar role, with specific experience in HP Computers and printers.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong knowledge of printer devices.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
The role involves a range of tasks such as installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading all County hardware and equipment while ensuring that they are functioning optimally. The successful candidate will also be responsible for troubleshooting any areas of concern in a timely and accurate manner, as well as providing end-user training and support whenever necessary.
