At present, Keen360 is seeking to expand its team that uses no-code information technology (IT) for automating workflow and delivering CRM solutions (customer / citizen relationship management).

Should possess a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field;
Should possess experience in modeling processes and capturing system requirements;
Must possess experience in building reports (even if only as MS Excel charts and graphs);
Must be comfortable with understanding and modeling relationships amongst objects or entities in a database-driven system;
May possess familiarity with any Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software as a plus factor;
May possess skills and experience in classic IT technical development as a strong plus factor;
Must present a professional, consultant-like persona;
Must be a good communicator to clients, colleagues, and managers;
Must be self-motivated and self-managing for learning new skills and delivering service to Keen360 clients;
Must be willing to accept performance feedback for purposes of professional growth as a consultant and configurator;
Must possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Should possess prior working experience, though university graduates with IT-related degrees are eligible for consideration; and
Must be willing to work flexible hours as we work with clients in locations and time zones across the globe.
Keen360 invites suitably qualified persons to fill the following position of: CRM Business Analyst & No-Code Configurator
This role combines the classic IT roles of a Business Analyst and a Configurator / Developer, with the difference that no-code configuration does not require mastery of any computer language or development framework.
The key skills are the abilities to design workflows, understand entity relationships, and build reports or dashboards. Anyone who understands SQL and can produce pseudo-code, even if they are not adept at writing SQL statements and producing code themselves, is a suitable candidate from a technical perspective for the roles that we are seeking to fill.
