Maintenance Technician

The position requires the jobholder to provide maintenance and oversight to ensure smooth flow of operations. Candidate must possess knowledge and experience in the technical field and be able to provide hands-on insight.

· Extensive experience in the field of Maintenance and Management.

. Must have extensive technical knowledge.

· Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays with 24 hour on call status in case of emergency.

· Coordination of sanitation of the complex to ensure that the premises and facility kept in clean hygiene conditions.

· Allocate workload and supervision for special projects.

· Coach, mentor, train and develop maintenance employees to meet current and future business requirements.

· Supervision and directing a daily work force to ensure the facility is maintained in a clean and orderly manner: - lobby area, kiosk mall area toilets, cinemas, administration, underground, box office area carpark, courtyard and the entire complex.

· Ensure adherence to guidelines implement by the company.

· Inspection of cinemas, all restrooms, car parks facilities, tenants’ stores and booths and all facilities on the compound.

· Maintenance of AC systems, wiring, lighting, machines/games, painting carpark/cinema rails or any areas requiring renovations from wear and tear.

· Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations.

· Ensure electrical is up kept at all times check control panels wiring to identify issues.

· Report to facility/ mall manager of any issues.

· Ensure restrooms are always in working order and equipped with the necessary amenities.
