The Release Clerk at Muneshwers Limited will be responsible for reviewing each container for outstanding payments before issuance of lien cancel or granting release of cargo to Customers. Also provides information to the Billing Clerk for daily activities completed in the Container yard.
A minimum of five subject CXC with passes in English Language and Mathematics.

Review of BLs and Releases provided by Documentation Team before granting Lien Cancel.
Request for storage and demurrage to be brought up to date and direct Customer to clear outstanding invoices with cashier before release can be granted for their cargo.
Stamp and sign gate pass/cart note for Customers once all charges have been cleared.
Daily updating of Wharf Activities record which included Side Wharfage, Reefer Monitoring, Weighing and Vehicle Storage based on supporting documentation received from the Security and Dispatch Team.
Print, issuing and collecting completed tally sheets to/from Tally Clerks. In addition, tally sheets must be timely submitted to Accounts to ensure accurate billing for jobs completed before cargo is released to Customer. All returned Tally Sheets must be submitted to the Accounts Department by end of the day to ensure all activities which require invoicing are completed.
Filing of weight slips and motor vehicle documents to ensure proper records are kept of same and available when requested.
