The Solar Media Team (SMT Guyana) is a marketing company located in Providence. We our currently contracted to provide leads to several major solar companies across the United States. We are also in the process of expanding into other verticals. Training is provided to all employees. We encourage a very positive, goal-orientated workplace. We work Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. (6-8 p.m. is optional for all employees as well Monday through Thursday). Night time transportation is provided. Saturdays we work from 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. The pay consists of hourly wages and commission for all leads generated. Bonus money is also a big part of our culture and we give agents every opportunity to determine their own paycheck based on effort and performance. We do not put a limit on what you can earn. We recently brought on several new clients and are looking to fill as many as 15-20 seats immediately.
Be able to provide NIS card, TIN, National ID card, and all other required documents for the onboarding process. CXC and any experience in sales is a plus.

Be on time for your shift and maintain proper communication with management.
Follow the guidelines set forth in the contract.

Attendance must be consistent. All agents must work the shifts they have committed to.
Scripting guidelines must be followed. The quality of our work is very important and instant feedback is provided to agents.
