Gas Station Attendant

Job Responsibilities:

• Dispensing fuel and other products to customers while complying with safety procedures

·         Assisting customers with car issues and directing them to the appropriate service station

·         Operating cash registers and processing payments with accuracy

·         Maintaining the cleanliness of the gas station

·         Stocking shelves with products and performing inventory checks

·         Monitoring fuel levels and reporting any issues to management

Education and Experience:

·         High school diploma or equivalent

·         Prior experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required

·         Training in safety procedures

·         Computer literacy would be considered an asset but is not a requirement

Skills:

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·         Attention to detail and ability to multitask

·         Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures

·         Ability to work within a team

Physical Requirements:

·         Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

·         Ability to stand for long periods of time

·         Ability to bend, stoop, and climb ladders

·         Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
