Description

Responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, ensuring timely deliveries, and achieving sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 CXC/CSEC subjects with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an outdoor sales representative AND

  • Possession of a valid driver’s license to drive vans and be able to operate both manual and automatic gear OR

  • Secondary education with the ability to read and comprehend English Language and to do mathematical calculations AND

  • Possession of a valid driver’s license to drive vans and be able to operate both manual and automatic gear OR

  • At least 2 years experience in sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

  1. Have a list of all parts, lubricants, and accessories available in stock.

  2. Take orders from current customers and source new customers.

  3. Collect cash and cheque payments from customers and provide them with receipts.

  4. Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers.

  5. Educate customers about the benefits of the products.

  6. Assist the Marketing Department in building the brand based on customer feedback.

  7. Monitor the company’s competitors and the market to understand customers’ needs and wants.

  8. Have a thorough understanding of the industry and company.

  9. Prepare daily route structure for each area that must be visited.
