The Facilities Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by providing essential cleaning, maintenance, and support services. The incumbent will be responsible for creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for our guests, staff, and clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cleaning or facilities maintenance role (a plus)
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleaning standards
Maintain a clean and sanitary environment throughout the facility, including restrooms, common areas, and workspaces
Perform regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
Replenish supplies in restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms
Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions
Assist with minor repairs and preventive maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, replacing air filters)
Set up and breakdown furniture for events or meetings (if applicable)
Ensure the safety and security of the facility by adhering to company protocols
Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff by maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
