Description

Management of all Digital applications and Services for Caterpillar and MACORP.

Requirements

  • At least five (5) CSEC subjects inclusive of Mathematics and English.

  • Mechanical or technical equipment background would be an asset.

  • Good interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.

  • Good communication, analytical and organizational skills.

  • Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).

  • At least one (1) year experience in a similar field.

  • Must be self-motivated and able to adapt to changing priority schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Use of software tools (Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, Project and others) to analyze condition monitoring / backlog data.

  • Use of the Dealer Business System (DBS) to extract customer and equipment history.

  • Manage Backlog Program (Track backlogs from start to completion).

  • Generate quotations when necessary.

  • Send quotations to respective section and/or stakeholders directly when necessary.

  • Follow-up until backlog is closed depending on customer approval.

  • Management and configuration of Caterpillar Digital applications (VisionLink, Customer Portal, Remote access monitoring, mobile apps, etc.)

  • Prepare reports and recommendations as required.
