Description

Accepting, communicating and coordinating telephone calls, electronic messages, physical mails and documents, assisting customers and assisting the Sales Department administration.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 subjects at CSEC or equivalent, including Mathematics and English

  • Similar previous experience would be an asset

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks

  • Dependability

  • Well-groomed appearance

  • Responding to and transferring telephone calls

  • Accepting and communicating messages to relevant persons

  • Accepting and sending physical mails and internal documents

  • Greeting, assisting and directing customers

  • File and document management for Sales Department

  • Preparation of sales tender bid documents

  • Preparation of equipment registration documents

  • Preparation of other sales-related documents

  • Maintaining a tidy and orderly reception area
