Proficient in Word and Excel
Knowledge of engine parts
Knowledge of Quickbooks will be an asset
Excellent customer services
Maintain records and files on incoming and outgoing jobs
Identify prices of goods and services
Verify delivered items
Receive, examine and tag products to be repair
