Responsibilities Overview:

The responsibilities of this role involve executing payroll processing and advisory at a high level with varied global scenarios and sector-specific applications, championing clients' requests as per agreed timelines.

Qualifications:

Either or a combo of: CAT (completed) | ACCA Level II | Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

Experience:

3 - 5 years min. previous experience

Overview:

• Managing all client accounts (Recurring Services, Receivable, Payable etc.)
• Promoting Quality Assurance and uniform delivery of Services
• Ensuring that we are achieving the desired [set] monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the company
• Performing continuous Job / Service analysis and reviewing value-based offering
• Facilitating month-end and year-end closing of various reporting (Clients and Company)
• To ensure the integrity of all proprietary information (Company & Clients) is protected at all times, free from unauthorized use or dissemination.
• To ensure that ALL routine tasks are systemized, documented, and compiled in the shared systems manual and to maintain strict internal controls and adherence to policies and systems as ascribed to by management.
