Basic photo and video editing skills
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies in collaboration with the Social Media Manager to align with business goals.
Schedule and post content across multiple social media channels.
Provide social customer service by responding to comments and queries in a timely and empathetic manner.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
Keep up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Assist with the planning and hosting of social media events and campaigns.
