We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Office and School Attendant. These positions play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in both our office and school environments, providing a safe and comfortable space for staff and students.
Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet cleaning deadlines.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with other cleaning staff and school/office personnel.
Flexibility to work outside of regular hours, including evenings or weekends, to accommodate cleaning schedules and special events.
Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting, in both office and school areas.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures, ensuring they are well-stocked with necessary supplies such as soap and toilet paper.
Empty and clean waste bins and recycling containers, segregating trash and recyclable materials as per guidelines.
Wipe down and disinfect surfaces, such as desks, tables, countertops, and door handles, to prevent the spread of germs and maintain cleanliness.
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to ensure they are free from smudges and streaks.
Maintain cleanliness in common areas, such as hallways, corridors, and lobbies, by removing debris and keeping floors clean and clear.
Assist with occasional deep cleaning tasks.
