Description

Cooks at Arcari Hotel Resort are responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to menu specifications. This role involves following recipes, maintaining kitchen sanitation standards, and ensuring high-quality food preparation. They are also responsible for maintaining all equipment, utensils, and cutlery clean and in working order.

Requirements

High school diploma or  Carnegie School of Home Economics certification or equivalent or 5 years experience as a cook

Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

3 years previous experience as a cook or in a culinary role preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications.

Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen.

Monitor food temperatures and quality.
