Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Support: Assist in the planning and execution of training programs and courses.

  2. Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, participant registration, record-keeping, and the preparation of training materials.

  3. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the logistics of training sessions, including venue arrangements, equipment setup, and catering, ensuring all programs run smoothly and efficiently.

  4. Communication: Serve as a point of contact for program participants and instructors, answering queries and providing information as needed.

  5. Material Preparation: Assist in the creation and distribution of educational materials, including handouts, instructional guides, and digital content.

  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training activities, participant progress, and feedback for continuous program improvement.

  7. Research Assistance: Research industry trends, educational tools, and resources to enhance the quality of training programs.

  8. Feedback Collection: Help collect and compile feedback from program participants and instructors to assess the effectiveness of training and identify areas for improvement.

  9. Finance Support: Assist students/participants with program costs and other related finance & accounting-related tasks.

  10. Reporting: Prepare reports on program activities, outcomes, and feedback for review by the Management team and other stakeholders.

  11. Perform other related tasks.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within an educational or training environment.

  • Knowledge and experience working in a training environment is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced in databases and learning management systems (LMS), is a plus.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and program needs.

Responsibilities

Key duties and responsibilities:

  1. Program Support:

    • Assist in the development and planning of educational and training programs, including workshops, seminars, and e-learning courses.

    • Provide support in the execution of training sessions, ensuring all materials and resources are prepared and available.

  2. Administrative Duties:

    • Perform administrative tasks necessary for the smooth operation of training programs, such as scheduling classes, registering participants, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and completion.

    • Prepare and distribute training materials, including manuals, course notes, and online resources.

  3. Communication:

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries from program participants and instructors, providing timely and accurate information.

    • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in training programs to ensure information is disseminated appropriately.

  4. Feedback Collection:

    • Facilitate the collection of feedback from training participants and instructors to assess the quality and impact of the training.

    • Compile and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  5. General Support:

    • Provide general support to the Education Program Manager and other department members as needed.

    • Participate in team meetings, and recording minutes, prepare reports from minutes, and submit to management timely.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily office-based with the need to visit training venues for program setup and support.

  • Regular office hours with occasional requirements to work evenings or weekends to support program schedules.
