Description

Core Responsibilities:

1.      Develop and maintain a Sales Territory, prospecting for paint projects with Hotels, Developers, Contractors, and other B2B Trade clients.

2.      Process and maintain accurate sales invoices, transactions, records, and reports.

3.      Develop and implement strategies and sales plans that expand the customer base.

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience:

A Degree in Business, Marketing or Finance or equivalent professional designation of professional sales and customer relation certifications or professional paint certification, with 5 years’ experience in a Sales or Retail role.

OR

Completion of professional paint certification or similar sales and marketing designation or related field along with at least 3 years’ experience in a Sales or Retail role.

Skills, Competencies and Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of Retail, Sales and Customer Service processes and best practices.

High level of customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.

Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Passion for excellence with a “can do” attitude along with an “eye for colour”.

Knowledge and experience of working in the Paint industry would be an asset.

Valid driver’s license and functional vehicle.
