ASSISTANT MANAGER - FLEET MAINTENANCE

As an Assistant Manager – Fleet Maintenance you will be required to manage and coordinate a team of vehicle mechanics to unsure the timely maintenance, audit and repairs of the Company’s fleet of vehicles (Lorry, Vans, etc.) including refrigerated vehicles. You will also play an integral role in hiring, training and ongoing development of vehicle mechanics to ensure a highly skilled and competent workforce.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineer or Equivalent from a recognized institution
• 3-5 Years of Experience in Heavy/Light Duty Diesel Repairs and related systems

             OR

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineer or Equivalent from a recognized institution
• 7-10 Years of Experience in Heavy/Light Duty Diesel Repairs and related systems
• Computer literate
• Must be able to perform diagnostic aid using computer
• Valid Driver’s License
• Supervisory/Team lead experience will be considered an asset
• Flexible schedule and work environment adaptability
