Description

Greet customers as they enter the building, answer the phone in a professional & courteous manner and assist the organisation with basic clerical tasks. Additionally, all reservations, inquiries and room viewings will be done by the receptionist. 

Requirements

Applicant Must Possess:

  1. Five years work experience

  2. Must have good written and verbal communication skills,

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  4. The ability to work three rotating 24 hours shifts.

  5. Grade 1-3 passes in Math & English

  6. Able to multitask.

  7. Must be computer literate.

 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Making Calls & Answering the telephone 
  • Responding to emails and Social media messages 
  • Assisting guests with travel arrangements, 
  • Making reservations, Checking In & Out Guest
