Plan and schedule jobs for internal and external customers.
At least five (5) CSEC subjects with 6-8 years’ experience of repair services or projects OR
Certificate or Diploma in Business Management or Management with 2-4 years’ experience of repair services or projects.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Suite including Microsoft Project.
Reasoning, ability with numbers, written and oral communication skills.
Prepare the weekly work plan based on the priorities for the different sections within the service department.
Make modifications to the daily/weekly plan based on the progress of the jobs.
Coordinate with customers about the logistics for the execution of field services.
Provide feedback to customers about the execution date and estimated completion date for the job.
Manage service request schedule software for all service requests from customers internally and externally.
Generate and manage quotation reports weekly for all open service quotations.
