Stores Clerk

The Stores Clerk plays a crucial role in managing the procurement, receipt, inspection, and dispatch of aviation spare parts and equipment. This position involves a high level of coordination with suppliers, shipping agents, and internal departments to ensure timely and efficient operations. The Stores Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate records, overseeing the shipment of spares for overhaul/repairs, and assisting in daily store operations to support the organization's aircraft maintenance and repair activities.

• At least five (5) subjects CXC including Mathematics & English 
• Previous working experience in the field would be an asset 
• Two references 

• Making sure registers are up-to-date and all items are properly identified.
• Checking of stocks and ensuring re-ordering schedules are met.
• Ensure spares that are borrowed are returned, cleaned and in good working condition.
• Prepare Purchase Orders.
