Description

We are looking for a creative Graphic designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our clients needs and to design solutions with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of products, including websites, books, magazines, product packaging, websites, exhibitions, corporate identity etc. and you will cooperate with our Marketing Team.

The successful applicant will also be responsible for maintaining the integrity of all computer workstations and associated software within the office building. The IT Technician will also be the main point of contact for employee who are experiencing computer issues. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join an established organization that has experienced significant growth recently.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a solid body of work
  • Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
  • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
  • Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
  • Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval
  • Assist personnel with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software
  • Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel
  • Verify functionality of hardware and software components
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone
  • Assist employees with computer problems and answer their questions
  • Conduct daily network backup operations

Requirements

  • Proven graphic designing experience
  • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
  • Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc)
  • Highly proficient in all design aspects
  • Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in computer networks and systems maintenance
  • 2+ years’ experience on current network operating systems
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations
  • Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience
  • Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required
